We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. You will play a key role in designing and building high-performance, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, and Python. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality features and functionalities using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, and Python.
• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Contribute to system architecture and design, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers, manage team deliverables, and lead development efforts as needed.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Strong experience with Python and integrating it within backend systems.
• Expertise in designing application architecture and scalable systems.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
