· Overall experience of 10+ years with Archer working experience of 5+ years is a must

· Deep experience in the core RSA Archer Solutions, as well as on-demand applications with strong skill set in the advanced features of RSA Archer (Data Feeds, RSA Archer installation and control panel configuration)

· Should have worked in project end to end involving development of Archer modules from scratch

· Experience in XSLT transformation will be an advantage

· Good GRC knowledge with emphasis on Compliance, Audit and Risk Management modules

· Good communication and direct client interaction skills is critical

· Ability to multitask and adapt to new domains
