What you'll do:
Partner with Engineering & Product leaders to understand hiring needs, team context, and role expectations, and translate them into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Headhunt top Engineering and Product profiles (Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc.) through sourcing, proactive outreach, and market mapping. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the roles assigned to you, from intake to offer, including: Screening applications and inbound interest Conducting pre-qualification interviews Assessing technical and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring teams Provide an excellent and consistent candidate experience , acting as a strong ambassador of Pigment’s culture and values. Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders , coaching hiring managers on best practices, market insights, and interview processes, and helping drive hiring decisions. Collaborate closely with the internal TA and HR teams to ensure alignment on processes, tools, and standards. Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, sourcing efficiency, candidate experience) to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Who you are:
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or RPO role , ideally in a fast-growing tech environment , with a strong focus on Engineering and Product hiring . Strong headhunting and sourcing skills , with the ability to adapt from high-volume hiring to more retained, niche, or senior searches when needed. Comfortable working in an RPO setup , balancing autonomy with close collaboration and accountability toward internal stakeholders. Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset : you enjoy building, improving, and adapting recruitment practices rather than just executing them. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , able to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers, and act as a credible advisor. Highly organized and comfortable using ATS, sourcing tools, and productivity tools to manage priorities in a structured way. Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. Pragmatic problem-solver, able to move fast, unblock situations, and make sound judgment calls. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of rigor and follow-through. Thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
