Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive UiPath RPA Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation best practices, UiPath ecosystem, and a passion for streamlining business processes through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

RPA Development & Design:

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reusable RPA bots using UiPath Studio, StudioX, and Studio Web.
• Create and maintain REFramework-based solutions for enterprise-grade automation.
• Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom activities and components when required.

Bot Operations & Support

• Monitor bot performance and ensure high availability using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for bot failures.
• Perform bot maintenance, version upgrades, and patching.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth bot operations.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare and maintain PDDs, SDDs, and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and peer testing.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with business analysts, SMEs, and QA teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with UiPath product updates and RPA trends.

Required Skills & Experience: Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
• Experience with REFramework, queues, assets, and triggers.
• Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or Python for scripting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel automation, PDF extraction, and web scraping.
• Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) and JSON/XML handling.
• Experience in bot deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Knowledge of UiPath Insights, Test Suite, or Automation Hub is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, or Azure DevOps is desirable.
