We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our Finance Transformation team and manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) automations using Automation Anywhere.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across Finance and Enterprise systems

This role goes beyond traditional RPA. You will help integrate Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into existing workflows, making our automations smarter, adaptive, and insight-driven.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design automation solutions that are scalable, reusable, and AI-augmented, ensuring continuous improvement in accuracy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT teams to design & implement RPA solutions with existing systems, streamline processes and drive automation initiatives.

• Design, develop, and implement Automation Anywhere bots and workflows to automate business processes.

• Integrate AI and ML models within RPA automation workflows.

• Experience in automating processes within Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise Finance applications.

• Handling authentication and permissions when automating cloud-based products.

• Setting up and managing bots running via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

• Setting up and managing RPA bots in an AWS EC2 environment. Handling cloud-based bot execution, scheduling, and performance optimization.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.

• Perform code review and assist developers in overcoming technical roadblocks.

• Provide solution designs to stakeholders throughout the deployment during POCs and project implementation phases.

• Monitor the health and performance of the RPA platform, proactively identify and resolve issues,and investigate root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence.

• Implement and maintain security controls and access policies to safeguard RPA assets and data,and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Establish and enforce governance policies,standards,and procedures for RPA deployment and maintenance to promote consistency ,quality and scalability.

• Establish and configure CI/Cd pipelines for RPA processes,integrating RPA development environments with version control system tools like GitIHub and automation tools (eg Jenkins) to enable automated builds, testing and deployment

• Document the Technical Design, configurations, procedures, and best practices,and provide training and support stakeholders to enable effective use of automation tools and processes.

• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Automation Anywhere.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , information technology, or related field

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with a focus on Automation Anywhere.

• Experience in RPA platform tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath or related applications

• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and APIs.

• Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and NLP-based automation (OCR, text classification, data extraction).

• Experience with implementing resilient and highly available platform configurations is highly recommended.

• Experience with Devops practices and methodologies,including infrastructure as code and configuration management.

• Experience in the automation and scripting languages tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, Python etc..

• RPA certification in Automation Anywhere is preferred; exposure to AI/ML certifications is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
