About the Role
Wagonmaster Group is seeking a Customer Sales Representative – Delivery Driver & Product Support to manage a dedicated route of B2B customers.
This role combines delivery driving, inventory support, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are stocked accurately while building strong, long-term relationships through consistent in-person interaction.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, interacting with customers throughout the day, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely while managing a scheduled route
• Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations
• Visit customers regularly to maintain stocking levels and inventory accuracy
• Greet and engage with customers in a professional, personable manner
• Count inventory, restock products, and verify order accuracy
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and support their needs
• Identify opportunities or concerns and report them to internal teams
• Complete daily system updates and maintain accurate records
• Communicate consistently with customers and internal teams (email, phone, text)
• Support additional deliveries or service needs as required
Who You Are
• Previous delivery driving experience is required
• A social, approachable, and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Able to work independently while managing a route
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic computer proficiency (email, tablets, Microsoft Office, ordering systems)
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate inventory records

Work Environment
