Rooms Division Manager is responsible for Housekeeping, Front Office, PBX, Guest Relations and Resort Activities.

As a Rooms Division Manager, you will: 

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate front of house departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments as assigned to ensure elevated guest service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, responding to concerns with effective service recovery, and monitoring guest feedback to implement improvements as needed.
• Assist the General Manager in developing and executing the resort’s strategic plan.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges for senior leadership.
• Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and expenses to ensure departmental profitability and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Supervise and motivate all housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for team members in assigned departments and ensure smooth coordination between the Rooms Division departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct daily operational briefings and regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Monitor inventory, linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to ensure proper cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping management
• Minimum of one year of experience in front office management
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel/resort.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping procedures, and revenue management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of prior experience in hotel operations, especially in front office or housekeeping, combined with formal hospitality education or equivalent on-the-job training
• Prior experience with property management system highly preferred
