Rooms Coordinator

for Porto Carras Resort.

The Rooms Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rooms division to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate room assignments and reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to maintain room quality and readiness.
• Manage room inventory and ensure efficient communication across departments.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any room-related issues promptly.
• Assist in training and supervising rooms division staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports relating to room status and availability.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a rooms coordination or front office role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• PMS knowledge ( Protel)
