We are seeking a Room Service Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage Function within our organisation. Role Overview:
The Room Service Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering a high standard of food and beverage service directly to guest rooms, ensuring a seamless and memorable in-room dining experience. He/She works closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate service that meets the resort's quality standards.
Main Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before leaving the kitchen.
Set up trays, carts, or tables according to the resort’s presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, service areas, and carts.
Collect used trays and equipment promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
Handle guest requests and special requirements with discretion and professionalism.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth coordination of service.
Report any guest feedback, complaints, or incidents promptly to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in room service, food & beverage, or hospitality service roles.
Familiarity with menu items. ingredients, and beverage offerings.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and etiquette.
Ability to operate service equipment such as trays, carts, and beverage dispensers safely.
