Responsibilities:

- Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

- Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects

- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns

- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions

- Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job costing, and change orders

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing

- Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects of varying sizes and complexities

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and building codes

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification is required
