Roofing/Repair Installation Manager

Project Management & Execution

Oversee daily roofing and repair installation operations

Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion

Review job scopes, contracts, and production requirements prior to start

Conduct pre-construction meetings with crews

Monitor job progress and adjust staffing or timelines as needed

Perform final walkthroughs and quality inspections

Team Leadership

Supervise roofing crews and repair technicians

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback

Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship

Quality Control

Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company standards

Conduct jobsite inspections throughout production

Address and resolve workmanship issues promptly

Manage punch lists and warranty callbacks

Customer Experience

Serve as a point of contact for customers during installation

Resolve field-related concerns professionally and promptly

Ensure customer satisfaction at project completion

Operational Coordination

Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules

Collaborate with sales, production, and administrative teams

Manage subcontractor relationships (if applicable)

Track labor hours and job cost performance

Safety & Compliance

Conduct jobsite safety audits

Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE

Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations

Qualifications

3–5+ years of roofing or exterior construction experience

2+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred

Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial roofing systems

Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and building plans

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Valid driver’s license

OSHA certification preferred
