Job Description

We’re hiring a Roofing Foreman to lead residential roofing crews on custom roofing projects. This role is hands-on and focused on crew leadership, jobsite coordination, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards are met on every project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on active residential job sites
• Perform hands-on roofing work including tear-offs, installations, and repairs
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing techniques
• Communicate job progress, issues, and scheduling needs with management

Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential roofing, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read work orders and execute projects accordingly
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary Range
