Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman (Residential) to join a growing Roofing & Exteriors Division within a trusted restoration and reconstruction company. This hands-on leadership role focuses on field oversight, client communication, and delivering high-quality residential roofing solutions. You will work closely with homeowners, property managers, and internal teams to restore and enhance properties with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed roof inspections for residential and commercial properties.
• Identify weather-related, age-related, and structural roofing issues.
• Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports and collaborate with estimating and production teams.
• Support sales consultations by explaining repair or replacement options to clients.
• Oversee roof repair and replacement projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal management teams to facilitate claims and project execution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in roofing, exteriors, or related trades.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to safely perform accurate roof assessments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
