Roofing & Construction Project Manager / Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Roofing & Construction Project Manager / Cost Estimator to lead projects from pre-construction budgeting through final completion. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining profitability, and ensuring every project meets high standards for craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate combines strong estimating capabilities with hands-on project leadership experience. You will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams—keeping projects on schedule, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth execution in the field.

This is a key position within the organization, requiring strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roofing and construction projects simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from initial estimate through closeout
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and formal proposals for roofing and construction scopes
• Review construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications to confirm scope and compliance
• Manage subcontractor schedules, material procurement, and workforce coordination
• Track job costs, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions to protect margins
• Provide consistent client communication, progress updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation including change orders, reports, and project records
• Ensure quality control standards and safety requirements are upheld on all active projects

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator within roofing or general construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, installation methods, and cost analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field teams and subcontractors
• Clear, professional communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
• Proficiency in project management platforms and Microsoft Office applications
