Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Romanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for Romanian-speaking clients, delivering customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries from Romanian-speaking clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
