In this role, you will be the key support representative for our Romanian-speaking gaming community, ensuring that players receive excellent assistance and a memorable gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to a positive community atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about gaming and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with our players.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players via email, chat, and social media
• Resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our support system
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex player issues effectively
• Collect player feedback to relay to the development team for product improvements
• Help create a welcoming and engaging gaming community
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates relevant to our offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• A strong passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
