You will work with our largest, most important customers to implement Automation Anywhere Enterprise and use it to reduce cycle time and errors in their critical business processes.
You also need to be an expert in implementing Automation Anywhere and should be able to drive setting up Automation Anywhere environment from an infrastructure perspective.
This role will require significant collaboration with the establishing infrastructure for Automation Anywhere implementation and provide best practices to establishing an Automation Anywhere Center of excellence.

Responsibilities

· Design solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team

· Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers

· Provide training over the web or in-person

· Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.

· Develop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts.

· Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Automation Anywhere products and services.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Deep passion for technology with broad knowledge across multiple technology platforms and infrastructures

· 5+ years of professional services experience on automation and/or integration projects with focus on Automation Anywhere

· Hands on experience in establishing Automation Anywhere center of Excellence

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and comfortable presenting materials across multiple levels of the organization. Must have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills

· Strong project and relationship management skills
