Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate large robotic polishing tools and machinery as well as polish small parts

Complete polishing tasks to Titan quality standards and expectations

Operate overhead crane

Monitor quality of completed work

Communicate any issues or concerns to management

Adhere to H&S rules

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills Required:

High School education required

Must be mechanically inclined

Manual Dexterity

Work experience in a manufacturing environment an asset

Eager to learn - show great ambition

Attention to detail and quality

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Willing to work overtime as required

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Able to work well under pressure.

Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

Work Conditions

May be required to work in potentially hazardous environments requiring protective equipment

May be exposed to dust, high temperatures and high level of noise

Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.

Must be able to stay focused on the task at hand

Overtime as required

Day Shift hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00 am to 12 noon on Friday

The starting wage for this position is dependent on experience and training.  Upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period the candidate will be eligible to take part in our benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, Group RRSP and safety boot and clothing allowance.
