About The Role:

The Fit Technician at Roark will support the product team to ensure proper adherence to garment specifications.  This will be a key role in ensuring product quality and consistency standards. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Measure & record garments compared to approved specs on all protos, SMS, PPS, and TOPs

Conduct fit sessions on live models weekly for all stages of product creation.

Provide clear, detailed fit comments and visual references to internal and external partners

Establish new fits & blocks with design team at the beginning of the season per SOP

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

7+ years experience in apparel fitting, tech design, PD

Experience conducting live fit sessions

Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern balance, and grading

Comfortable managing multiple styles and deadlines

Experience w/ Gerber pattern making system a plus

Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week.  Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
