Pay / Compensation:
• Hourly Pay Based on Experience:
• $30.69/hr (2 years of experience)
• $33.71/hr (5 years of experience)
• $43.20/hr (17 years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $2,500–$5,000 (available for candidates 100+ miles away)
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.25/hr
• Weekends: +$3.00/hr   
Available Shifts:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
As a Renal Vascular RN, you will provide safe and compassionate nursing care to adult patients with renal and vascular conditions in a high-acuity setting. This role is integral to the multidisciplinary care team and demands strong time management, patient advocacy, and clinical competency. The average nurse-to-patient ratio is 7:1.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in renal and vascular units
• Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and ensure patient safety
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and procedures
• Manage supplies, equipment, and documentation efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure quality outcomes
Required:
• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med-Tele, IMU, or PCU)
• Active RN license in Florida or compact/multistate license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Candidates must live within a 60-minute commute of the facility
