Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home.

💰 Pay Rates

G-Tube / G-Button Cases

LVN/LPN: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour

RN: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour

Trach / Vent Cases

LVN/LPN: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

RN: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

(Rates vary by case complexity and experience)

What You’ll Do

Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)

Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care

Follow and implement individualized plans of care

Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team

Educate and support families

Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED

Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)

Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)

Comfortable working independently in a home setting

Strong communication and clinical skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
