Responsibilities:
As an RN in our Detox and Residential units, you will:
Provide direct nursing care to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
Monitor and support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure safe, effective care
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
Respond to medical and behavioral needs with professionalism and sound clinical judgment
Build trust with clients through empathy, respect, and compassionate care
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A genuine passion for helping individuals in recovery
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
