Responsibilities:
Develop care plans and/or participate in the review of care plans as requested
Provide nursing services in accordance with an established care plan
Routine resident visits to assess and document physical and emotional status; implement any required nursing interventions
Assist resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of self-care and independence
Communicate pertinent resident information to supervising RN, physicians, family, and/or other appropriate personnel
Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments
Provide support, assistance, direction, and supervision to other nursing staff as needed
Accurately complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge charting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the State of Minnesota
CPR certification and first aid training
Previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fields
Experience with memory loss a plus
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
LPN: $28.09-$30.95
RN: $33.74-$36.55
