Unit: ICU/ER
Unit Description: This is a combined ICU and ER role in a small critical access facility. The right candidate will ultimately be able to work independently in multiple units.
Must have at least 5 years ICU experience, and a current NH (or compact) License at time of submission.Average daily census is 1 or 2 patients so RN works alone; calls Manager or Supervisor when assistance needed.Ideal would be for candidate to also have ED experience. Candidates must pass written Basic Arrhythmia test on arrival. Must have experience in the following: IV start skills, Central Line skills, Ventilator experience, Arterial Lines.
Pay grade is based on experience. The critical care night shift diff (7p-7a) is $5 per hour. Relocation assistance possible approximately $3,000.
