RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge)

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $35.65 – $47.64 (based on experience)

• Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for Nights and Weekends

• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

• Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift | Rotating Weekends

We are hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. Full-time night shift positions are available across various hospital units including Med-Surg, Med-Surg (Ortho/Trauma), NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This position requires rotating weekends and offers the opportunity to provide leadership at the bedside while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care.

As a CNC, you will collaborate with management to oversee unit operations during your shift and ensure safe, efficient care delivery while guiding your fellow nursing staff. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit operations and ensure smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Monitor quality of care and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor resource management

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence

• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Assist with inventory, supply control, and unit readiness

• Contribute to performance evaluations and recommendations for training

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience with demonstrated leadership

• Education:

• RN Diploma required

• BSN preferred

• Licensure:

• Active RN license in Missouri or Compact RN license with Missouri eligibility

• Certifications:

• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
