工作目的 该岗位需要对区域市场情况跟踪和区域市场活动控制，推动医生诊疗观念的提升，负责区域市场活动是在遵守公司合规情况下的。 主要职责 1. 区域策略及资源整合 • 评估区域学术交流活动的有效性，并在必要时提供修改建议与意见 • 整和产品组资源，以期加速产品在市场准入方面的进展 • 加强区域市场活动的资源整合及协作 2. 跨部门沟通协调 • 促进跨职能部门之间的沟通、协调，最大化组织间的效能以确保市场策略得到充分的执行 • 负责协调区域内相关产品培训事宜 • 负责和产品经理、大区经理等一起规划、协调和跟进当地市场活动 3. 区域市场业务追踪过程管理 • 完成月度区域市场汇报，并及时提交至大区总监及中央市场部。 (内容包括：市场情报，活动执行情况及后续计划，费用进展vs. 计划等) • 管理支出以保证良好的预算管理，同时寻求提升支出效率的方法和形式 • 跟踪月度绩效表现vs.费用进展。如有明显差距，能够分析陈述具体原因 4. 区域专家管理 • 建立区域专家管理系统并评估其执行有效性。 • 通过主动定期拜访区域中重要专家来同区域专家，推动学术交流 工作要求和胜任能力 • 本科及以上学历，医科及相关学科背景者优先 • 2年以上医药市场管理经验背景 • 在大型跨国医药公司的销售市场优先 • 英语说写能力优先 • 熟练运用MS Office软件 Date Posted 13-1月-2026 Closing Date 28-2月-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
