The Ready Mix Concrete Manager develops and implements a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive sales growth and expand market share in the ready-mix concrete sector. Key responsibilities include:
• Identify new business opportunities, prospect actively, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients including construction companies, developers, and major projects
• Negotiate contracts, prepare competitive commercial offers, and ensure the profitability and sustainability of all sales
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery, quality standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, conduct market analysis, and recommend strategic actions to enhance results and strengthen Sika's competitive position
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5–8 years of sales experience in construction materials, preferably ready-mix concrete or cement
• Strong knowledge of the construction market, key players, and project cycles
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and profitability management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and technical teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in English
