JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for repairing all OpenEye products and testing all product returns. The RMA technician will report to the RMA Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job. 

• Communicates with the RMA Manager about what work needs to be done.

• Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit.

• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree

• a minimum of 1 year's related experience and/or training.

• Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
