主要职责

• 市场塑造：协助RLL 建立跨部门合作机制，开展COE建设，制定一院一策，推动院内MDT体系搭建与协作；
• 市场执行：高质量落地中央活动，搭建及执行区域平台活动，传递疾病诊疗理念，扩大产品上市声量；
• 客户管理：开发和维护区域内大客户，提供个性化支持，特别是在罕见病治疗方案；
• 市场准入：开发医院/药房，积极参与倡导，传递产品信息；
• 教育推广：向医疗专业人员提供产品和疾病诊疗教育和支持；
• 区域协同：协调资源 (市场/医学/CAMA)，推动区域业务目标实现；
• 反馈改进：收集反馈以改进推广策略，并推动合规学术活动。

工作要求和胜任能力

• 2年以上的相关专业推广经验，具备罕见病/ 特药/心血管领域推广经验者优先；
• 熟练处理大客户关系，能有效管理复杂的业务环境，团队协作中发挥创新作用；
• 迅速掌握新产品知识和行业发展，特别是在快速变化的罕见病领域；
• 医学、药学或相关领域的学士；
• 入职后能办理招商银行信用卡的资格（通过报销的业务费用必须使用商务信用卡）。
