Technical Skills
The RLS Analyst will be responsible for producing insightful reports for the CIOs and other senior stakeholders about GTRS Suppliers. The role will own the end-to-end process from collecting data from suppliers and other internal systems and stakeholders, to produce high quality reports that are insightful, accurate and timely.
Shift: 11 AM till 8 PM Job Background/context:

The Resource and Location Strategy organization, looks after Citi’s Technology Resource Strategy and is responsible for ensuring Citi gets the best value from its technology third party spend.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Build insightful analytics over supplier data
2. Develop insightful reports and solutions
3. Designing and refining the process for collection of data
4. Putting in place measures and processes to improve data quality
5. Validate the quality of output produced
6. Distribute them in a timely manner
7. Create ad hoc reports based on the requirements provided by stake holders
8. Expanding coverage and increasing the relevance of the collected data and seek out new data sources to enrich the analysis
9. Create reusable tools to improve productivity
10. Interacting with suppliers for data

Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:

Essential
2-4 years’ experience in a Reporting & Analytics function. Logical thinking, high-level analytical and presentation skills required
Desirable
Banking and Vendor data management experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills: (technical skills)

Essential
SQL Server, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Desirable
Qlikview, MSBI, VBA

Qualifications: (degree/certifications)

Essential
Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Math
