We are looking to hire a Risk Monitoring Officer with a strong mathematical background to join our team.
Working Hours
Week days:
Morning Shifts: 7.00am-3.00pm / 8.00am-4.00pm / 9.00am-05.00pm
Afternoon Shifts: 3.00pm-11.00pm / 4.00pm-12.00am
Weekend shifts:
7.00am-2.00pm / 2.00pm - 9.00pm / 10.00am-5.00pm / 5.00pm-12.00am
Night shift: 12:00am-07:00am (once a week)
Shifts on rotation
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure swift actions are being taken to manage a range of risks.
Run daily risk checks and accordingly generate risk reports.
Collate information to identify potential system faults and prevent abuse issues.
Identify, examine, and report any suspicious activities related to the violation of the Terms and Conditions or the company.
Keep up to date with market information and monitoring trends in financial markets.
Use in-house tools and reports to analyse and evaluate the products offered and possible risk implications.
Assess and monitor the Company’s exposure risk.
Work with other departments to perform daily duties and to achieve common goals.
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other related fields.
Good mathematical and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and services.
Willingness to work in shift patterns, including night shifts and weekends.
