Your role at Hostinger

As a risk manager at Hostinger, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our online operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats. You will be responsible for promoting a risk-aware culture, conducting regular risk assessments, and developing strategies to minimize risks. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to help us maintain a safe and reliable experience for our users.

Your day to day :
• Champion and communicate a risk awareness culture across Hostinger.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats.
• Develop and deliver risk management training programs for Hostinger employees.
• Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Manage incident response processes and ensure effective governance.
• Identify risk sources, follow up on corrective actions, and create risk mitigation plans.
• Analyze and manage existing risks and incidents.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Hostinger's overall risk management strategy.

Your skills and experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on risk management role.
• Demonstrated proactivity and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and other data.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and become an expert in the field of risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with SQL and risk modeling is a plus.

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 4200 - 6600 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
