CIB Risk is the unit responsible for the origination, measurement, and control of risks within the division, covering both market and credit risks.
The Risk CIB Strategy & Portfolio Management area, through its Strategy and Production Management functions, provides operational support and ensures the governance of CIB Risk Committees within its scope of responsibility. The role contributes to the Secretariat of the Committees under its remit. Additionally, the position is involved in the financial and operational management of the area, collaborating in the annual budgeting process, headcount (HC) monitoring, and cost and resource models (BTA, licenses, and logistics).

Production Management and AI Strategy for the Area
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process with Finance teams.
• Support the definition of cost allocation and distribution across business units and geographies (including building allocation models in Excel).
• Oversee the management of software licenses for area resources.
• Maintain and monitor the area’s headcount (HC) database.
• Support the management and implementation of the AI strategy within CIB Risk.
Secretary to CIB Risk Committees
• Prepare and distribute the agenda for each meeting.
• Coordinate meeting invitations and logistics.
• Collect, review, and consolidate documentation from the responsible units.
• Publish agendas and materials in the corporate RiskCom tool.
• Support the drafting of meeting minutes.
• Monitor and follow up on decisions, deliverables, and action items arising from the sessions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, timelines, and standards established in the governance framework.
Requirements
• University Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge in risk management.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
• Familiar with AI; previous experience with practical use cases is a plus.
