As a Risk and Compliance Officer, you're a detail-driven and proactive team player. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of an integrated risk and compliance culture, ensuring our business operates responsibly and in line with regulatory requirements. You will contribute to safeguarding IQ‑EQ’s reputation while helping senior management meet their statutory obligations. This is a dynamic position offering exposure to compliance monitoring, financial crime prevention, and risk management activities.

What you'll do

• You’ll support compliance monitoring and risk reviews, ensuring alignment with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• You’ll assist the AML/CFT Financial Crime Team with client screening, KYC documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• You’ll coordinate governance activities, including committee scheduling, agenda preparation, drafting minutes, and following up on key decisions.
• You’ll manage compliance administration, from maintaining intranet resources and training records to preparing regulatory correspondence.
• You’ll collaborate with senior managers on risk and compliance initiatives, contributing to policy development, awareness programmes, and reporting.

About You

• You're a degree holder, preferably in the field of finance/financial services/compliance functions 
• You're experienced in the financial services sector and in Risk Management & Compliance 
• You're familiar with MS Office 
• You're fluent in French and English; any additional language would be considered an asset
