EveryPay is on a mission to build the digital financial infrastructure that underpins e-commerce in Greece, empowering marketplaces and merchants to thrive.
We connect marketplaces and merchants with global card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard, and with thousands of banks in Greece and abroad. Our systems process tens of thousands of transactions every day, representing €billions in e-commerce volume. If you have bought something online in Greece, chances are you have already used our payments product.
EveryPay is part of the Skroutz Group and operates as both a tech company and a regulated financial services institution, offering exposure to real-world data, scalable systems, and regulatory-grade decision making.
The role
We are looking for a Risk Analyst with strong analytical and programming skills to join our Risk Management team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, building models and dashboards, and wants to grow into risk management within a fintech and payments environment. Prior deep risk or regulatory experience is not required — risk knowledge will be built on the job.
What you’ll be doing
• Analyze transaction, merchant, and portfolio data to identify risk patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Build and maintain risk dashboards and monitoring tools
• Develop and support analytical and quantitative risk models, using Python and Excel to manipulate data, automate analyses, and perform risk calculations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Gradually build knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and internal policies
What we’re looking for
• Degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics or quantitative roles
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, and BI / data visualization tools
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify patterns and clearly explain insights
• Curiosity, problem-solving attitude, and desire to learn in a regulated environment
Nice to have (not required)
• Exposure to fintech, payments, credit risk, fraud, or transaction data
• Experience transitioning analytical work from Excel to Python
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, or cloud data tools
• Interest in how financial products behave over time
What's it like to work at EveryPay?
• Competitive full-time salary 💸
• Private Family Medical Plan 🏥
• Monthly meal allowance 🍽️
• Learning and development programs and access to relevant resources 📚
• A flexible hybrid model of work
• Free Skroutz Plus subscription ➕
• Free wellness subscription 🏋️♀️
• Being part of an environment that gives employees large goals, autonomy and creates incredible opportunities, both for you and the company!🪴
