Agente di vendita (anche plurimandatario) – Field Sales | POS & Pagamenti

Con SumUp aiuti negozi, professionisti e PMI a incassare con POS, cassa e conto business. Ciclo di vendita breve, brand riconosciuto e strumenti concreti per acquisire clienti rapidamente.

INQUADRAMENTO

• Cerchiamo Agenti di commercio e Procacciatori d’affari (valutiamo anche agenti plurimandatari) attivi in Emilia Romagna

• Mandato regionale diretto SumUp Italia, no agenzie di intermediazione

• Collaborazione in P.IVA.

• Territorio di lavoro: Rimini (attività sul territorio, visite presso esercenti). Il business e la gestione clienti restano nei confini della regione

COSA FARAI

• Prospecting e visite: mappatura zona, appuntamenti, incontri con esercenti

• Demo di POS/cassa/conto e attivazione cliente fino al primo incasso

• Gestione pipeline con Sidekick App (CRM interno)

• Collaborazione con Pre-Sales per attivazioni rapide

CHI CERCHIAMO

• Esperienza in vendita sul campo (door to door / consulenziale / B2B-PMI) oppure forte attitudine commerciale

• Autonomia su agenda e territorio + uso strumenti digitali/CRM

• Comunicazione chiara, ascolto attivo, orientamento a obiettivi e numeri

NICE TO HAVE

• Pagamenti/POS, retail, Ho.Re.Ca., servizi alle imprese

• Network locale o portfolio contatti

PROVVIGIONE

• Provvigioni senza limite (range indicativo 8.000–25.000 €/mese in base alle performance) Paghiamo sia per prodotti venduti che una percentuale sul transato.

SUPPORTO E STRUMENTI

• Onboarding, formazione continua, coaching e playbook

• CRM, materiali marketing, demo, brochure, biglietti da visita

• Contest e premi

I PRIMI 90 GIORNI

• Settimane 1–2: formazione live online (3/4 giorni) + affiancamenti

• 30 giorni: pipeline attiva con supporto capo area

• 60–90 giorni: autonomia e ritmo costante di nuove attivazioni
