We’re looking for Haul Truck Drivers who take pride in safe, solid work and aren’t afraid to jump in and help the crew when needed. This role is for drivers who want steady work, a predictable schedule, and a team that actually has each other’s backs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Safely operate CAT rigid frame haul trucks to keep material moving and projects on track

Jump out of the cab to support site operations — shoveling, loading/unloading materials, light maintenance, and operating powered tools

Complete daily 360° equipment inspections to make sure everything’s running right

Follow maintenance schedules and flag issues before they become problems

Complete and document daily Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs)

Keep accurate timecards, work reports, and maintenance logs

Work safely, look out for your crew, and take pride in the equipment you run

What You Bring to the Table

1–3+ years operating CAT rigid frame haul trucks

Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence, reliable transportation, and a clean Driver’s Abstract

Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions and handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

A strong safety mindset — FLHAs aren’t just paperwork to you

Confidence driving in all weather, to and from site

A solid work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work solo or as part of a crew

Stable work history, ideally in an industrial or mining environment

Good communication skills and a willingness to take direction and keep learning
