As a Rider Performance & Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our logistics operations by transforming data into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our strategies and contribute to our growth. We love people who can develop things from scratch, own them, and then work on improving them

What you will do:

• Lead the execution of rider compliance strategies.

• Own rider KPIs related to rider quality, compliance, and satisfaction.

• Analyze rider data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.

• Provide actionable insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in rider operations.

• Reduce incidents and risks through smart processes and proactive solutions.

• Work with internal stakeholders to streamline rider-related processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related field. 

• Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and operations management.

• Excellent business and time management abilities.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration.
