At Foody, we’re committed to ensuring that our riders, who play a vital role in our delivery process, have a smooth experience. We’re looking for a Rider Payments Specialist to manage rider payments and wallet systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

What you will do:

• Design, analyze, and optimize rider compensation strategies.

• Maintain seamless payment operations, handling transactions with accuracy.

• Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out strategic initiatives aimed at improving logistics performance and rider experience

• Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payments models, ensuring they align with broader business goals. 

• Generate regular reports to make sure everything adds up, from rider earnings to payment schedules.

• Keep an eye out for ways to make the payment process faster, smoother, and more efficient.

• You’re comfortable working with numbers and can handle payments. 

• Attention to detail.

• When an issue comes up, you’re quick to dive in and serve up a solution, making sure our riders stay happy.

• Organized & Efficient. You keep things running, prioritizing tasks and managing your time wisely.

• Fluent in English & Greek

• Strong communication skills

• Always ready to collaborate and share ideas.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using spreadsheets, payment tools, or CRM systems.

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience in tools like SQL and data visualization platforms.

• Experience with payments, accounting, or financial operations is a plus.

• Knowledge of financial regulations or payment systems.
