Your mission:
We are looking for an Radio Frequency Systems Engineer to lead the development and integration of radio-frequency systems across our UAV and autonomous platforms. You will be responsible for designing reliable communications links, selecting and integrating RF hardware, and ensuring the system performs in real operational environments.
Responsibilities:
• Design and integrate RF systems including datalinks, telemetry, and antennas
• Develop RF link budgets and ensure system performance across required ranges and operating environments
• Collaborate with avionics, software, and mechanical teams to integrate RF hardware into the airframe
• Set up, conduct, and support RF testing, troubleshooting, and system-level validation
• Produce clear and structured technical documentation for system design, testing, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor´s or Master's degree in RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience win similar roles
• Hands-on experience with RF communication systems and antenna integration
• Proficiency using standard RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, hardware-focused mindset
• Experience or working knowledge of modern datalinks and waveforms
Nice to have:
• Prior experience in the defence, space or aerospace industry
• SDR Experience
• Knowledge of modern datalinks/waveforms
