Reworks Lead

IFGlobal is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast—and we want people who want to grow with us.

We’re looking for a Reworks Lead to join our Hurn team and take ownership of day-to-day rework operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team performance.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the rework team (including agency staff) to meet productivity and quality targets

Overseeing repackaging, relabelling, and rebranding activities

Coordinating stock updates with inventory and warehouse teams

Monitoring processes and driving improvements

Ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards

Managing rework quotes and resource allocation in line with budgets

Training and developing team members

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Confident team leader with a proactive approach

Good communication and problem-solving ability

Working Pattern

8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday

40 hours per week

Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
