To provide accurate payroll inputs, manage employee remuneration data, support compliance reporting, administer leave management and contribute to remuneration processes, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Leave Administration
• Conduct leave balance checks and process leave applications.
• Handle leave queries from staff in line with company policy.
• Support the payroll team with monthly payroll input preparation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Facilitate staff onboarding, including document checks and system onboarding.
• Process staff movements, including promotions, transfers and department changes.
• Conduct resignation reviews, ensuring exit compliance.
Remuneration & Reporting
• Prepare and submit benchmarking data to third‑party remuneration providers.
• Assist with remuneration surveys, data extraction and comparison to market ranges.
• Support compliance reporting, including BBBEE, COIDA, DOL and employment equity.
Data Analysis & Systems
• Analyse data for trends, variances and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain accurate digital and system-based payroll information.

• Accounting graduate with completed articles OR Engineering graduate with relevant analytical work experience
• 3 to 5 years' work experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving
