Revit Drafter (Commercial)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Drafter with strong commercial project experience to support our design and construction teams. This role will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality Revit models and construction documents for commercial buildings such as offices, retail, healthcare, education, and mixed-use facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the fast-paced nature of commercial project delivery.

Responsibilities::
• Create, update, and maintain Revit models and construction drawings for commercial projects.
• Produce detailed architectural and/or MEP drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
• Incorporate redlines and revisions into drawing sets accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain drawing standards, templates, and families to ensure consistency across projects.
• Prepare permit sets, bid sets, and as-built drawings.
• Participate in coordination meetings and support project documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload across several projects.
