About the Position CAD Specialist is responsible for the production of project drawing and documentation.

Qualifications

Proficient in: AutoCAD and Revit

Experience in Photoshop and InDesign a big plus

Skill in drafting architectural plans of more than ordinary complexity

Requires Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or 3 years experience in industry

Hospitality, Architecture or Interior Design experience a plus

Possess strong leadership, organizing and analytical skills

Strong written, oral and visual communication skills

Good collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment

Once you are here you will:

Studio

Responsible on the production of drawings for specific phases of the projects

Prepares detailed drawings of the design; any alternations and additions, including plans, sections and elevations

Prepares detailed layout, assembly and working drawings as per design

Translates hand sketch drawings and story boards to digital drawings

Leadership

Assists in the mentoring, training and development of unit members

Follow company standards and ensure quality of the firm’s level of drawing documentation

General

Maintain working knowledge of industry, apply industry specific drafting codes and standards

Performs related work as required

Perform various roles on project teams as assigned

Travels

Opportunity to travel to worldwide offices
