Job Overview

We are is seeking an experienced Revit Architect to join its Architecture team. This role will lead the creation and development of detailed Revit-based architectural drawing sets, support design concept development, and contribute to research and innovation across mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use projects.

You will work closely with designers, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality, buildable, and compliant architectural designs, supporting projects from concept through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and detailed Revit-based architectural drawing sets in compliance with project requirements and standards.

Develop and refine architectural design concepts, translating client requirements into buildable solutions.

Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless multidisciplinary integration.

Conduct quality checks on Revit models and drawings prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Support project delivery by assisting with design scheduling, documentation for permits/approvals, and resolving technical issues.

Stay informed on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect is highly preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural practice, with a strong focus on Revit-based projects.

Proven experience working on mid-rise, high-rise, or mixed-use buildings.

Experience managing small teams for permit and construction documentation is an advantage.

High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with US building and zoning codes is advantageous.

Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 2:00PM)
