Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspections on goods received from suppliers.
Perform ADM inspections and conduct tests on goods returned by customers.
Prepare IQC and ADM inspection reports.
Coordinate with adjacent departments to update failure reasons and define decisions regarding IQC/ADM.
Monitor IT systems to ensure data accuracy and updates (files and operational monitoring platforms).
Manage waste and disposal processes.
Assemble and disassemble electrical equipment and sort components for the recycling stream.
Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace in line with the 5S methodology.
Support other team members in the department with any function once daily tasks are completed.
Perform other administrative/logistics duties as required by the Operations Manager.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma (12th grade)
Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant in a warehouse, specifically in IQC processes
Solid knowledge of receiving, shipping, and returns/claims processes, as well as metrics tracking
Behaviors & Core Competencies:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite tools (particularly Excel)
Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems
Knowledge and/or experience working in organizations with implemented quality management systems
Highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented
Strong communication, memory, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
English language proficiency, both spoken and written
Electronics knowledge
