About The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor with solid expertise in returned shipments handling and reverse logistics. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities with a strong focus on returns flow, quality checks, routing, and customer SLA compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effective processes.

Job Responsibilities : :
• Supervise daily logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and returns management.
• Lead the returns workflow: receiving, sorting, grading, repacking, stock update, and proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate processing of return shipments to minimize loss and improve recovery rate.
• Monitor shipment movement, internal transfers, and hub performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customer service, vendors, and transportation teams to resolve return issues.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Track and report operational KPIs related to returns rate, lead time, accuracy, and shrinkage.
• Train and coach team members to follow standardized processes and SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.

Job Qualifications ::
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in logistics, hub operations, or warehouse supervision, with a minimum of 1 year managing returned shipments / reverse logistics .
• Strong understanding of hub processes, last-mile operations, and return cycle workflows.
• Experience working with WMS, OMS, scanning tools, and tracking systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams, communicate clearly, and solve operational problems.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance reports and KPIs.
• Flexibility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support peak seasons.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
