Job Description
Why Aisle?
Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We’re changing that.
Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we’re creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.
We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across the US, Europe, and Israel. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the operating system behind our go-to-market motion across the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline creation to closed won, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Growth. You will work directly with leadership to improve how we run revenue day to day: keeping our CRM reliable, building reporting that drives decisions, tightening deal processes, and creating the operational backbone for both enterprise sales and our emerging self-serve motion.
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, identify gaps, design better processes, and then build them. In a lean startup like AISLE, that also means being practical, adaptable, and willing to take on a broad range of operational work when needed.
What You'll Own
CRM and pipeline operations
• Own HubSpot data hygiene, pipeline structure, deal stage governance, lifecycle stages, and overall CRM discipline
• Keep opportunity data accurate, actionable, and usable for forecasting and reporting
• Build and maintain custom reporting, dashboards, and operating cadences for GTM leadership
• Improve lead management, routing logic, attribution, and campaign-to-CRM integration
Forecasting and revenue visibility
• Support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting processes
• Track ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, stage conversion, and other core GTM metrics
• Help leadership understand enterprise pipeline health alongside emerging self-serve and PLG signals
• Bring consistency and discipline to KPI definitions, reporting, and performance tracking
Deal desk and commercial operations
• Support quote and contract preparation, approval workflows, and order management
• Help create scalable processes around pricing, commercial terms, and deal progression
• Partner with Finance and internal commercial stakeholders to reduce friction in the path from opportunity to signature
• Maintain clean handoffs from sales to onboarding and billing
Sales enablement and GTM infrastructure
• Help operationalise our sales process through better documentation, templates, and internal systems
• Maintain and improve assets such as AE onboarding materials, discovery frameworks, call libraries, and competitive battlecards
• Support weekly GTM meetings with the right reporting and preparation
• Identify opportunities to remove manual work and improve productivity across the GTM team
Who You Are
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Commercial Finance, or a similar role in Tech, B2B preferred
• Hands-on CRM experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and CRM reporting
• Comfortable owning cross-functional processes independently and driving them to completion
• Able to build systems and workflows, not just maintain them
• Clear communicator with strong ownership and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning rough ideas into practical processes
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal processes
We offer a competitive package designed to support your health, growth, and work-life balance — including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, paid parental leave, flexible hours, and full remote work across the U.S. You’ll also get a home office stipend, top-quality hardware and professional development support.
