We are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Project Manager to join our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the company that invented and pioneered the revolution of SASE. You will play a critical role in driving revenue in our defined markets.

The Revenue Operations Project Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our go-to-market operations and will directly contribute to the efficiency of our sales processes. Your primary focus will be on leading projects that enhance existing processes or introduce innovative ones, serving as the bridge between business needs and execution. This role will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to facilitate a seamless transition from design to implementation, ensuring effective communication with the field. The ideal candidate will have experience with SalesForce.com and previously worked at another Software as a Service (SaaS) company, as well as proven ability to manage projects across departments. This role requires someone that is well-organized, analytical and an excellent team player, focused on scaling a sales organization and improving performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the global Revenue Operations team, working to increase the sales representative’s productivity and implement Go-To-Market initiatives.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Work closely with stakeholders to review current processes and propose enhancements.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our existing processes and business requirements, enabling you to provide valuable insights during the implementation of new processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within our existing systems.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support the rollout of new tools or enhancements.

• Training and Enablement of implemented new processes and tools.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in sales operations and/or business systems, and/or project management.

• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills, with the technical aptitude to map workflows, write clear business requirements, participate in solution design discussions, and support UAT and troubleshooting of sales tools and systems

• Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.

• Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Strong time management/prioritization skill

• Excellent interpersonal skills (Oral and Written).

• Excellent English skills.

• Must be service oriented and have a great attitude.

• High-tech company experience (SaaS model and/or start-up) is an advantage.

• com and CPQ tool experience is an advantage.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and strong Excel skills preferred.
