What you can expect when joining the team
This role will play a key part in building and scaling Petal’s revenue intelligence capabilities, helping leadership understand performance drivers and optimize go-to-market execution. The Revenue Intelligence Manager owns and evolves revenue-related reporting and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
As the trusted source for pipeline visibility, forecast insights, and go-to-market performance analytics, this role transforms data into clear and structured insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions and proactively address performance gaps.
Sitting at the intersection of operational execution and strategic support, the Revenue Intelligence Manager ensures reliable reporting while surfacing meaningful insights that drive revenue performance.
A day in the life
• Develop and evolve the company’s revenue intelligence framework
• Build analyses and dashboards that inform business decisions
• Monitor pipeline performance and sales forecasts
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
• Identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement levers
• Continuously improve data and reporting systems to increase reliability and efficiency
